ON-LINE REGISTRATION

Please register online or use the enclosed registration form; use one form per participant. You may also download the form from the website (below) and submit it electronically.

All applications should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fees. Please note that upon receiving the full amount of the registration fee, a written confirmation of registration will be sent to you.

All congress materials will be available at the registration desk at the conference venue during the congress.

Registration fees cover the following: participation in the scientific programme and the exhibition, programme brochure, certificate of attendance, coffee.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided. Please refer to the programme title and the name of the participant in your notice or letter in this form: programme title/name of participant. 
The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you.
Payment can also be made by credit card. In this case please fill in the adequate form.

CANCELLATION, REPAYMENT

To guarantee any registration the payment of full fee is required. In case of any cancellation up to 1 October, 2023 the costs will be refunded less 50 EUR for administration costs. After this date not any payment can be refunded under any circumstances.

Accommodation requests after 31 August 2023 cannot be guaranteed. Rates are per room, per night, VAT included. Only guaranteed reservation will be accepted; to guarantee the reservation, full length of stay should be paid either by bank transfer, or by credit card. Not any reservation will be accepted by phone.
